Sanctuary AR originates from a classic mindfulness meditation technique. In it, one mentally counts their breaths up to ten. If their mind wanders, they restart their count. Like this meditation, Sanctuary AR asks the user to slow down, consider their environment and find richer meaning in their experience.
Our message is that each of us is carrying around our own sanctuary – it’s just a matter of unlocking it and stepping inside.
